Racks loaders

The automatic rack loaders are made on specifications of each customer and can be connected to other lines and also pre-existing plants. They can be installed, for example, after dosing lines or after automatic pannings.

The rack loaders are highly customizable since they’re designed according to the needs of each individual customer, according to the characteristics of trays, trolleys and pre-existing machines. The rack loaders automate the process, reducing production and labor costs.

The rack loader picks the pan one by one it and pushes it into a chain elevator/descender.  When the elevator/descender is full, the unloading cycle begins.


During this process the rack stands still while the descender is lowered to the level of the rack where the group of trays will be deposited. Then it returns to the starting position.


The cycle continues until the rack is full. The entire process is managed by PLC.
