This machine has been developed with the cooperation of the masters of Sicilian gastronomy, whose suggestions have allowed to obtain perfect arancini concerning the shape, the contents and the integrity of the rice, just as required by the traditional recipe. The production cycle is managed by PLC and is therefore always constant. For this reason, the dosage of rice and filing are always constant, guaranteeing an outstanding level of quality.

The “Arancino siciliano” is a specialty of Sicilian cuisine. It consists of a cone or a ball made of rice, stuffed with several ingredients (meat sauce, peas, mozzarella and ham, etc..) and then breaded and fried. The “Arancino” is very versatile. Indeed, it can be stuffed with several fillings, including sweet ones.
