The injecting machine is a universal line that offers a high versatility. Indeed, it allows both to dose creamy and liquid mixtures directly onto trays and to fill the baked product, previously produced. Products that can be achieved are: cupcakes, plum cakes, muffins, madeleines. Moreover, other kind of baked products can be filled, as: pastries, croissants, cakes, etc. This machine is also highly customizable according to the requests and the needs of each customer.

 
 

Several models are available

There are several models of depositors: pump with pistons, metering pump with gears and screw depositor. The best dosage is therefore guaranteed whatever the consistency of the mixture is.

Custom

Secondly, the machine is adaptable according to the trays size and their wheel bases. Furthermore, the injecting machine is equipped with needles cylinder head for the filling or with a collector and valves for adjusting both the dosage and the antidrop. The dosing can be made on tray or on paper cups/molds. The injecting machine is managed by PLC, so all the parameters can be easily managed. The trays advancement is automatic.
